Run by a bunch of teens with poor customer service skills. I ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken. The first girl put the chicken on but ran out meat. She had enough to cover 1/2 of the sandwich, so i asked her for more. She said they were out of rotisserie chicken and would have to shred more, and she didnt have time to do it. I know it comes pre-cooked and portioned out, plus it was also two hours before closing. I should have just walked out, but I was craving rotisserie chicken. I tried getting her name but she was wearing her name badge on her hat and her hair was out, covering most of her name tag....... i thought hair nets were required for long hair?! The second girl putting the toppings on kept dropping them on the counter and putting them right back on the sandwich. She had long, blonde hair without a hair net as well. I swear she used the blunt side of the knife to cut the sandwiches because she squished them rather than cutting them, tearing the paper up in the process. I don't know who Morgan Black is but the gal she's talking about is very nice and does a great job. I guess you can't fix Morgan's entitlement issues or please someone like that, if you look at her reviews man she thinks she's a high paid critic, not the workers fault you decide to show up 25min before they close and expect the oven to still be hot when their cleaning and getting ready to close up for the night. I'm pretty sure that you wasn't very nice when you were informed of it now were you... again entitlement issues... so Morgan just a fyi... the customer isn't always right and you should mever be rude to anyone especially if that someone is doing g something for you! Read moreI’ve been to this location countless times and my experience is generally positive. Tonight however was ridiculous. We came in at about 6:35, location closes at 7, and wanted to grab some sandwiches. Frances waited on us and gave some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was flippant, threw our food around, and told us that their toaster wasn’t working so none of our sandwiches could be toasted. When I asked her to clarify if the machine was broken, or just off for the night, she said that they did close in twenty minutes. I get it, they probably cleaned the machine in prep for the store to close and didn’t want to be bothered. But, honestly? Her behavior was incredibly rude and I hope that this is addressed.
