Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center — Local services in Great Barrington

Terrible service. There is no point in having a phone number if you never answer it. It's too the point where other local BigY pharmacists have had to tell me the information I needed vs my local one. I have had to travel 15 miles out of town to get my scripts because the Great Barrington branch never answers their phone and even occassionally hangs up the phone if you try calling too much. I have also tried calling when I'm in the store and saw no one answer at a customerless counter. I have called multiple times from open to close with no answer. They also frequently tell you a script is done then when you arrive they say it will be a 20 min wait while they finish. When other branches are talking about you to customers like your the embarrassing stepchild some self examination is needed and...
