Where to begin? The staff lacked basic knowledge about their own product. I was told I was buying a five pack of .5 gram preroll joints and instead got a pack of .35 gram joins that have less than an inch of weed in them. Completely misrepresented the product to me. When I walked back in the store after seeing the discrepancy between what I was told I was paying for and what I actually received, I was told that there are no returns and they couldn’t do anything. They offered me a lighter rather than doing the honest and ethical action of giving me the amount of cannabis I was told I was paying for. I asked to speak to the manager and was yelled at for daring to ask to get what I was told I would get for the money I paid. The owner/manager (not sure which he was) was aggressive, yelled and seemed on the verge on physically assaulting me. I have been to hundreds of dispensaries in Massachusetts, California, Colorado, Spain, Amsterdam and Canada and have never had such a negative and stressful experience. It is one thing to be unethical and misrepresent the amount of product being sold to rip off customers, that’s understandable and can be blamed on ignorance rather than malice. But screaming at a customer and making them feel physically threatened is unacceptable and means this store doesn’t deserve to stay in business. Very bad vibes in there. I ordered 3 things online and went into the store to pick them up and they messed one of the items up but the name was almost the same so I didn’t notice, and couldn’t open the bag to check in the store or look at the receipt and it was more expensive than I thought it should have been. But while I was trying to figure out why that was they asked me to leave the store while my GF was still checking out. Once I got to my car I looked in the bag and realized they had sold me the flower instead of the vape pen I had ordered and that’s why it was more expensive. I called them and they told me they couldn’t do anything once I left the store and I should have listened more carefully when they read it out. But it was busy and loud and it had almost the same name and they made me leave while I was trying to figure out the price difference. So now I spent more money than I wanted, I got the wrong item and they made no move to make it right or apologize for messing up my order.

Update: After I posted this they contacted me and offered a gift card to cover the cost of the item they messed up. I still have not gotten a chance to go back and use it since it’s kind of far, but at least they did try and fix it.

I went here awhile back and they just operate in a very shady way. Make sure to check all your THC % TAC% and exactly what you’re purchasing. They won’t let you know when they try to trick you. Just reading all the negative reviews you can tell the owner or social medial operator is someone who can’t control their emotions. It’s always the same low key passive aggressive comment back. Like they take everyone personally which a good business owner knows you should never show your emotions when it comes to customer service issues. Customer ain’t always right but it’s good to be humble as they could come back to shop and anyone who owns a business knows these reviews can make or break you. Just read the owners responses and you’ll know who they are. Advice to owner: just politely smile and say thanks sorry come back we loved to have you and that’s it. You being the bigger person usually wins and you look much better from outside perspective.
