I have been going to this thrift store for 2 years. It was my favorite and the only one I shopped at after I found it. The married couple that was usually there at the cash register was always amazing. They always let my grandkids go to the bathroom whenever I shopped there because (as they told me) I shop there a lot and spent an average of a $100 plus every time I go plus my grandkids were young. Today I took my daughter and 3 yr old granddaughter there. It was my daughter's first time there. I always raved about shopping here and the people but today there was a younger, newer girl that refused to let my 3 yr old granddaughter use the restroom and told my daughter to take her down the street to use the restroom. I feel like we should have let her pee all over but instead we dropped everything we were buying and left. My granddaughter peed all over herself and her car seat. I understand not letting adults use the restroom, but children....young children...well not only did they lose today's sell but neither of us will ever shop there again and lost a loyal customer. Sad but I really hope that the owners or the married couple see this and reprimand that girl or change your policies to at least allow children to use the bathroom as they can't hold it anymore than some of the disabled people that volunteer there. ...
