9.9.2023-Greeley,CO. 1st time there. The sales person was a young male adult who didn’t know nothing. I went into the store asking for a roll-on ointment. I told him the brand name he acted like I was asking for some kind of foreign stuff. Then I proceeded to show him a picture and I mentioned to him again that it was a roll-on ointment. Then he takes to the window that has those products so I thought his the sales person he should know more then me. I end up purchasing one product then I tell him at the register that I’m going to open the package come to find out it’s NOT A ROLL-ON it’s in a liquid form bottle. I told him this is NOT what I want he says I CAN NOT TAKE RETURNS I TOLD HIM I HAVEDN’T EVEN PAID FOR IT YET BECAUSE HE HAD NOT GIVEN ME MY CHANGE. I told him I told you I wanted a roll-on I even showed you a picture. I tell you I guess this store doesn’t care who their employees are just a warm body to take the money… I will never go back to this store who can not hire a sales person who knows a little about their products. It’s a shame they have named this store La Bodega if their employees do not even know...

I was in this morning and got a really bad attitude from the girl that opened the store. Let me say first I've been there a few other times I'm the afternoon and have gotten great service! So when I got there I didn't know who she was but I went to open the door cause it said open but it was locked which is so I turn to go to my car and here comes this with a dirty look and precided to say with an attitude, " didn't you see me go outside with the open sign" which was not the response I was expecting. And I was polite threw all this. I'm done yet I preceded to still go inside and shed aka if I was looking for anything particular. I said, "vape juice, do you have any grape flavor?" Can't tell you how many people I know who have allegations against the owner of this establishment. Whether for SA, physical violence, refusing to pay his workers, shoddy products, you name it. Yash Kapoor is his name. His businesses seem to excel on the fact he doesn't mind he's selling to minors most the time. He even plead guilty to it in 2018 and you can look that up. On top of that, their vapes are entirely fake and don't work after a couple of hits. Not to mention their tobacco products are flakey and dry and way past their shelf life.
