Never will I spend another dime of my money here. This is going to be a very long complaint. I have a very specific drink that I like to order, spanish rose instead of raspberry i want butterscotch (I know your barristas will know who i am) all it is, is swap out one ingredient for another. How difficult is that? Apparently very. One day out of the blue, after MONTHS of ordering it they asked me to order it a different way. They told me to order it as a snowy add Aztec chocolate and add butterscotch. They said "because they are training new people and it confuses them" how on earth could this be confusing? I obliged and ordered it that way the next time. It was NASTY! tried it a second time, still nasty. Completely undrinkable and poured it down the drain. So I just went back to ordering it the way that I originally did. Every time I went they would tell me the same thing, order it this way. I would explain why I don't want to. We would go back and forth on why I don't want to do this. I'M PAYING $9 for this drink. I don't want something that I'm not going to drink. THURSDAY was it. I drive up, and tell the lady my order and the audacity of this girls attitude was unbelievable. I told her my reasoning and she says all snarky "hmmm well that's funny, because it's the exact same drink" then when I drive away she starts talking about me to her coworkers about how she can't stand people like me! We'll sweetheart your establishment will no longer have to worry about my complicated order. I'll take the $150 that I spend there a month...
Read moreI ordered a specific drink with a very sweet girl who was so nice about my diet needs (100% keto). As she began making my drink another girl who was beyond rude claimed she was the manager so I couldn't have straight cream in my drink. She proceeded to try to tell me that half and half was "acceptable" for the keto diet, which it most certainly is not. It can absolutely throw a body out of ketosis as the milk sugars are high in carbohydrates. I have never had a problem with this type of order at any other coffee house as they are happy to accommodate me. I asked if Since the other girl was already making my drink could I have it and she said "No." That they have been instructed to not use straight cream in drinks. Which is interesting since that instruction was not passed on to the sweet girl who was happy to make my drink for me. I'm also writing this in hopes that this can be educational for those employees who think that half and half is acceptable for the Keto diet. It. Is. Not. Unsweet almond milk, cashew milk and cream are just about the only things that are low carb enough to be. I'm glad I was able to drive a mile away and get stellar service at Ziggi's. Unfortunately, there has been a decline in their customer service and the way they treat their employees and customers. Covid has played a factor in many businesses and they way they had to adjust, but here it is used as an excuse to micromanage their employees in such a poor way, making it difficult to be a happy employee and it shows in almost all of them at each stand. These employees deserve respect and kindness. It’s unfortunate that hypocrisy and childish games have been the deciding factor in the superiors’ attitude here. I have enjoyed your coffee and the years of being greeted with smiles, but will no longer support a business who does not support their own employees.
