A piece was ordered for my phone to be fixed and they were going to call when it arrived within 48-72 hours. No call was ever made until I finally called them one evening at 5:15pm to check on the status. Turned out they had the piece since the previous afternoon and never called me. They asked if I could bring my phone in before they closed at 7 that night. I declined their request and stated they lost my trust with my phone as they couldn't even follow through with letting me know my piece was in. Clearly my business to them was not important and I'd rather pay 2x the cost for someone who cares about their customers! So happy I went with my gut, as Google ended up replacing my entire phone for free, without insurance even! Exhaust all other options before...

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I brought in my ps5 to fix the hdmi port which was the ONLY reason I brought it in and now that I paid, I brought it back home and AS SOON as I turned it on it was being EXTREMELY slow, can't even load some apps and getting a software error message. Tried contacting them and they kept declining my calls. In person they tried to say I was trying to scam them and that they can give me a refund but they'll keep the system. While I was there ANOTHER customer came in saying she paid $400 for her phone to be in even worse condition as well. Will NEVER do business...

I went here to pick up a Wish.com product and it was boarded up in the front and there were windows broken. (seemed quite sketchy) I went last week and a sign said it would be closed until today 10-20-20. Also, it was opened 20 minutes late today and the man who opened it came with an armful of fast food. However, once opened the man was very nice and I was able to get the items I purchased. I don't think I will have my items delivered there again even if it means I pay more for delivery....
