The Job Site Tavern — Restaurant in Green Bay

Five stars in the neighborhood, locally-owned bar category. If you're looking for artisinal drinks or a dance club or place to dine, this isn't it (although they do have pizza). And that's a good thing.

But they're happy to welcome newcomers. There's an older crowd from 11:00 am - 5:00 ish, and it's a bit younger from 5:00 on. The owner, Kim, does a great job of keeping the place looking good... and very clean (unlike some local bars). Very good drink specials-- you won't pay more than $3.50 for beer or $4.50 for a cocktail-- and that's the everyday price. There's a juke box, but most often the sounds are from good conversation around the bar or from a sports event or show on TV. Bartenders are awesome and make you feel welcome. Um... "bobby-jo" (bartender, non working) is a belligerent drunken fool... assaulted me after I said I had a GF... Cam proof if not erased... I was already leaving with 15min to spare, she was just... randomly hostile out of nowhere... Again; she was not working, said it didn't matter and had power, physically assaulted(mild) myself for no reason. Chelsey is a friend of 10ish years... she went out for a cig before last call, "bobby-jo" went stupid in 30sec... check...

I Love how clean it is in this Establishment , Jim the owner is a Terrific Person & Not To Mention My Niece Stacy Verhagen is a Bartender🍺🍻 & makes some bomb a$$...
