Great place for all my nerdy needs all I ask is give them customers more then a fraction of a second to walk in before staff follows them around ever corner asking a hundred questions and when looking for booster packs of mtg don’t stand behind the register making direct eye contact while I try to look through the death stare and get pass it to look at the booster right behind them like I said great store but the staff seem like they never interacted with humans before been going to frost giant cause they leave me alone till I ask a question …. Our son loves Yu-Gi-Oh cards. This momma knows nothing about the inner workings of the game. It was so nice to find out that Gnome Games not only sells these cards but can provide advice on what cards to purchase. We could have paid the same price at Target but we would not have left with the confidence that the cards we bought would work with our other cards at home. Support this small business. DO NOT ORDER from them online. I was sent a damaged product and when I asked for a return, they requested additional information and then never replied to any more of my emails. Maybe their storefront is good but their online store is run by crooks. I expect better customer service from gaming stores because they are usually run by gamers. Not this one. I wouldn't put it past them to take your money and send you nothing. That's essentially what they did to me by sending me a broken product. Never been more dissatisfied and disgusted by customer...
