Taco Burrito Mexico — Restaurant in Green Bay

Loved the food but the customer service from one gentelmen was not great.

I was hesitant to write this review. I love eating at Taco Burritto. But the experience I had at this particular location was not positive. I have eaten at this location all the time, service has always been normal, not great but not bad either. About a month ago, a few friends and I ate there for lunch. The older hispanic cook who also worked at the registar was very rude. He had seen me before and I eat there about once or twice a month. Gave off a very bad attitude, not polite at all. He didn't hear my order and when I repeated it, he got more frustrated. After the order was placed, he missed a few items, didn't hear me order it or plain forgot. I had to re-order the items, he got further frustrated. Anyways, maybe he had a bad day, we all do sometimes. I let it go.

I wait about a month, try it again as it was on my way home and I was hungry for tacos. Still the same rude and impolite attitude. I saw this attitude towards other customers too as I sat and ate.

I will still eat at Taco Burrito (the one on webster and the one on the west side - excellent customer service and the same food) but I will not eat at this...

This is my absolute go to favorite place for Mexican food, I've been coming here since they opened the doors, everything on there wall menu is down right authentic Mexican food, and it destroys any other Mexican restaurant in this area, actually better then any other Mexican place I've ever been, I recommend the steak and cheese burrito, and the steak and cheese over fries, or tortillas, there homemade hot sauce should be on store shelves world wide, there three other locations I believe, and there all great, but at the mason st one, the husband and wife do the cooking, and when there at the grills you will understand why they thrive, and why they've lasted so long, please people give them a try, I swear you'll think your in Mexico, parking is good, the bathrooms are small but clean, and get the job done, seating is limited, but there's usually a spot, most people order for pickup, I can't say enuff good things about this place, go and get your fill, make them roll you out the door, and go there with an open mind, and an...

Worst experience ever! First, the owner was rude and seemed like he was mad. Than, I noticed he had charged me more than what he was supposed, so I asked a mean face woman (found out later that she is the owner’s wife) to right down what they had charged me, and she did not like it, but told that he had charged me 2 horchatas ($6 each) instead of one. She said he had refunded the $6 to my card, but another lie, because I checked and nothing was refunded, so I told her and she gave me the money with a horrible attitude. And last, but not least, the horchata tested like water with sugar. Hate the restaurant, the attitude to try to charge $9 more, because I am white, and the service! I would give 0 star if it...
