I purchased 2 Zapotec rugs 2 years ago and one is already unraveling at both ends. We’ve actually only “lived” with them for approximately 10 months since we are winter residents. I called during business hours and left a message. When my call hadn’t been returned a week later, I called again and left another message. Then I called another number and talked to Lincoln. He essentially blamed me for the way we cleaned the rugs and said he wouldn’t do anything about it. I have owned several Zapotec rugs for years and have cleaned them all the same way and never had on unravel before. These rugs are both small (30 inches by 60 inches) and I paid $340 each for them. Their rug collection is vast with very special collections. I've recently purchased a 70's era home and want to be true to Mid Century Modern design.
