I don't know how to begin my review other than if you are looking for engraving of any kind, with top-notch service, look no further! I had gone to Things Remembered in the mall & bought a 5x7 plaque for a good friend who was retiring. I had been so busy with errands, work & getting ready to leave town the very next day that I didn't even notice until 2 hours before my retiring friend's party, that there was a very obvious misspelling on the plaque. After yelling some very choice words that I will leave out of this review, I called Things Remembered to see if there was anything that they could do & FAST! The phone just rang & rang. I immediately googled Engraving Near Me & Memorable Engraving Co was one of the first ones at the top of the list. I called with a hopeful heart & fingers-crossed. The nicest, warmest woman named Karen answered the phone. I immediately asked if they could produce an order TODAY & she told me that they were getting ready to close due to summer hours. (I honestly thought I was going to cry...!) I so badly wanted to give my friend a nice personalized gift. Karen must've heard the angst in my voice & asked what I was looking for. I told her my dilemma. Thankfully, she had a heart as big as it gets and she said she would try to help. I texted her a picture of what I had & what I needed it to say. Karen said we could literally replace the 4x6 engraving part that sat on the plaque & put another one with the correct spelling. I was overjoyed but also a little nervous about what this last minute rush was going to cost me. I asked Karen how much she needed. Despite knowing that I was in a desperate spot & that she could've charged me anything, she asked for only $25. She said she would get to it right away and meet up with me in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe that this woman who didn't even know me was going to save the day & for only $25. I met with Karen who was as sweet in person as she was on the phone. I stood there in awe as she replaced the misspelled engraving with the correct spelling in what seemed like 2 seconds. I was in disbelief. The plaque for my friend looked so beautiful (much nicer font & color than Things Remembered). I ran home, wrapped the plaque, changed my clothes & made it to the party just in time. I am so beyond thankful to Karen for her kindness & her talent. I can't believe I never knew about Memorable Engraving Co because I am a huge fan of personalizing gifts. I am so excited to do future business with Karen at Memorable engraving Co & as far as I'm concerned Things Remembered is/should be a thing of the past. Memorable Engraving Co is a perfect name for their company because my experience was nothing short of a wonderful memory....

So had some Crystal whiskey glasses that I was looking to have engraved. So just like anybody else I hopped on my phone and typed in Google glass edging near me. I started at the top of the list with some big box store company that can be found in any mall. I spoke to him on the phone and they said yeah we should be able to do it come on in. And when I got there and showed him the glass they said that they couldn't do it because it was too difficult for a job. From when I found out from going into the store that they can only do cylindrical things and not spherical items.

So this is where memorable engravings came in to save the day. I spoke to the owner Karen. She was nice and easy to talk to. She asked me some questions about the glasses. I then set her a photo of one of the glasses so she could see what she would be dealing with. She said yes it is doable but possibly difficult. She was not afraid to take on the job. With in a very short time she called me and said all is done. I was excited to see what she had done. Once I got there I was blown away for a glass that is around 4 inches tall the details and quality where outstanding! I couldn't be happier, the clean lines and etching we're totally top-notch! I will be definitely using them again in the future. As well during this time I also felt good about helping a small business and not a corporate store that just doesn't have their heart...

I had the most incredible experience with Memorable Engraving! I had 2 whisky glasses that I needed engraved and only had a 24 hour turnaround to go with a 25 year old Whisky for a 25th Anniversary. Karen answered my call after hours, arranged to meet me and had the glasses back to me the very next day! I was not only impressed with the results but also with the extra effort she made to make it happen! I highly recommend this team and will definately be using them for all future engraving that I need for my company. Thank you so much for making my event such a success Karen! ...
