Drove all the way from Boynton Beach, FL. for the employee that barely took 5 minutes & barely looked at the my stuff, only to tell me the Hertz or whatever were too small on a brand new Samsung 34” including whole office setup and they couldn’t offer anything. All they did was look up on their computer. I even brought in an iPhone and they didn’t even give me an offer with that either or bring it up. So I agree with the Negative reviews towards this company. Better off going to a pawn shop! Also for the company maybe you should reword your website and make sure every little thing you guys are looking for and not looking for is posted on the website. We as “customers” shouldn’t have to waste our time or make a long drive to a store that doesn’t go by everything on their website just to get shot down when we get there. It’s my review!! Also I would definitely revisit the term “abruptly” in the dictionary if I was you because we said “thank you have a nice day” while you guys tried a lady in there with $70 for a canon camera. I recently contacted this store to inquire about selling a brand-new Pioneer DJ XDJ-XZ All-in-One Controller DJ System, which I still have in its sealed box. I spoke with the manager, Jay, who, unfortunately, was both rude and condescending throughout our conversation.
During the call, I was informed that the store’s policy requires me to bring the item in person to get a quote, despite it being completely new and in its original packaging. While I understand needing to inspect used items before providing a price, this seems like an unnecessary and inefficient requirement for a brand-new product that’s still sealed.
The most frustrating aspect is that I would need to drive 1.5 hours to the store, potentially waste 3 hours for a round trip, only to possibly receive a low offer or, worse, be told they aren’t interested at all. This could have been easily avoided if they had simply provided a quote over the phone based on the details of the product.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating, and I would recommend reconsidering the store’s policy for the sake of customer convenience and satisfaction.
