The new property manager AJ is doing an amazing job! I have had a unit there for over a year and half and have encountered many problems! From my light being out multiple times to asbestos falling on my property to be locked out of the community while my account was in good standing. If this review was written 8 months ago it would have struggled to get 1 star. I was actually reached out to drunkenly on the phone by the previous property manager around midnight on christmas eve, she said just to ask how i was doing, it was a very unprofessional moment. But since AJ has taken over, the property is clean, run professionally and they look out for the customer. During this pandemic unfortunately public storage hasn't been as accomodating for those effected by the pandemic, barely waving late fees for the first couple months. This was all about the bottom dollar and it is very apparent. If it wasn't for AJ looking out for the customers myself and many others I know would've left the property.    Read moreThe lady that works the morning shift at the front is extremely rude, has no regard to customer and customer service. We have a storage unit at this location and we deal with a lot of deliveries, we are new to having a public storage unit so we didn't know we could not have anything shipped to that address, our supplier was notified to change the shipment address but made a few mistakes and sent some loose deliveries to our unit address, I went to go check to see if those items that were sent to that address were there, and the clerk was not only not helpful but withheld from telling me from the get go that we had a delivery there and then threaten to throw away any additional items that might arrive there. who speaks to a client in such manner??? absurd, if you do not want to receive it or can't it's completely understandable but you do not have the right to open a package that is not in your name or throw it out, let the mail carrier take it back.. and also why speak to your customer in such a demeanor, I will most likely look for another public storage unit and I advise any one else to do the same, stay away from...
   Read moreI’ve had my items in the storage unit for two years two of my items were ruined by what I suspect is rats eating at a beautiful wooden frame that I left protected. All my boxes have yellow stains on top of them. I had an outdoor unit I was more than prepared for heat damage to items which happened, but never thought my items would end up infested in animal feces and silverfish roaches. What’s funny is I started paying almost half less than what I was originally paying and every year my payment went up. Learned my lesson with them. Now I’m paying way less than I originally paid for this storage unit in a climate controlled with other company and for an indoor location. When I entered what a huge difference I couldn’t believe I had been loyal to staying thinking all storage places were the same. Absolutely shocked at the cleanliness and maintenance compared to this location, I regret staying as many of my items were ruined this year and I had to disinfect and couldn’t bring anything inside my home until I checked all boxes and cleaned the exterior.
