Read moreWalked in and wasted an hour and got nothing. Well no, that's not true. After four or five failed attempts at creating a new account they sent me home with a Xfinity box but no account. I have been trying for two days to create an account online so I could get internet with no luck. I actually went to the Xfinity store so I would get professionals to set me up quickly with not problem. That failed miserably. At one point there were three agents including the manager doing something but whatever they were doing didn't work. At the end the manager gave me a business card and told me to call the number on the card when I got home. The next day, after failing several times I decided to call the number the manager gave me but when I looked at the card, it read "Customer relations #" but he neglected to write the telephone number. This is getting long but incompetence can runs long, so here is what started this disaster for me....After selling my condo I decided I would keep the service active. I figured I would find another condo quickly. Well, it turned out there are no condo to buy and no condos to rent in the Palm Beach county area. So after paying for three month without using the service I called and asked if I could put the account in inactive status. The rep told me for $8 I could put it on hold. She said that was good until November. Well, incompetence runs deep. So what did Xfinity do? They discontinued my account in September. So now they want me to start a whole new service. The only problem is three people at the store couldn't set up a new account. I can't set up a new account. So, I am left with AT&T. I run a small internet business so this is a disaster for me....One last thing. Five star service, the reps at the store would have picked up the phone, called whoever and not quit until they got me hooked up to wifi. That's how you...
Read moreThis department is completely disgusting and also their phone services I was lied to about a phone promotion and saving money on my internet bill and then come to find out after they overcharge me they don't want to fix any of the bills and double charge me for another month of service I went to ask for the manager and the the manager is never in the office. I have been coming back when the customer service representative told me that the manager would be at the store no response and there's nothing that they can do and to call the customer service number if I have any issues and when I do so the customer service representatives tell me to go to the store of which I made the deal and I keep on getting the runaround they continue to temporary discontinue my service when there is no billing issue and there's no service issue. I am not receiving my full services of which I pay for which is completely disgusting their power outages that they don't seem to warn us about made me lose a lot of money within my business. I highly recommend not working specifically with this store or Xfinity because they do not know how to operate or provide at least answers to questions that you might have on the regards of your bill. They will take your money first and never answer any of your questions. I was fraudulently sold a deal for my mobile services that has now made me pay twice as more than I did when I did not have the services combined. Unprofessional workers in this establishment on professional establishment. Not good whatsoever and will be reporting to the better Business bureau and also other search engine optimizations because the clients that use the service need to know what is happening and it's unjustified....
