Bowlers Headquarters — Local services in Greenfield

I found Bowler Headquarters (BHQ) after a well known Bowling Pro Shop that I had been previously using had permanently closed, but little did I know it was a blessing in disguise. I can not say enough good things about BHQ. I came to BHQ the first time to drop off a ball to be drilled and expected the usual 5-7 day wait time that I experienced with my previous Pro Shop, but they drilled it immediately and I was able to throw in League that night. Also, I have ordered about 4 - 5 new balls and they had it in the shop/drilled within 24-48hrs. Further, I have been bowling seriously for about 15 years and I never really fully understood the concepts behind my personalized ball drilling (as it relates to the different types of layouts, pitches, etc..) as all the previous Pro Shops I frequented never took the time to really explain things to me when drilling/setting up my equipment which is probably my fault for not inquiring more, but BHQ (Chad) explained everything when I inquired. At the moment, I am going through a complete ball/equipment retooling relating to potentially changing grips/no grips, trying different layouts and pitch changes (for/Rev/Lat) and as anyone who knows these things it is time consuming/frustrating process, but I must admit that BHQ staff/Chad are incredibly patient and understanding. I also recently came to find out that all the guys that I bowl with in my leagues and tourneys all use BHQ. I am incredibly grateful for all the time/ help they have given me and they have a customer for life..... or at least until they get sick of me from stopping in...

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews or comments, but the service was five-star so I felt the need to say something, I have never had my own ball or have really tried the sport of bowling in my life. It’s something that has always interested in me. I just never took the time to figure the game out. I decided screw it. I’ve always wanted to get my own ball and I like bowling so I just so happen I stumbled into the store and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made I completely found a new love for something and the fellas at the shop, treated me with nothing but respect, when I enter the store, I didn’t even know what oil patterns were, lol these guys didn’t treat me any different. They were very patient explained all my questions regardless, if they were amateur questions or not sized my hand, got me a great ball and I’m almost bowling at a 200 average. The store rocks plain and simple regardless of what level of skill you’re at in bowling if you want to ball or you need any bowling supplies or advice these guys are the go to guys,...

Many of the bowlers at the lanes recommended Chad and Bowlers Headquarters. It was nice to have someone who knows the lanes you're bowling at and their typical conditions. Chad looked at the track/ asked what I wanted and gave me several choices. Hadn't hit 700 in over a year and 3rd time out w/ new ball finally got one. Nice consistent feel. Ball was slightly different than older ball (drilled by someone else) so even though the fit was slightly different, it's better / more consistent. Chad offered if I didn't like results to come back to try something different w/ the ball. I'll be going back for my next purchase. Service was excellent. Went mid year for new ball and the turnaround...
