Before I came I checked the website to see if I had to have an appointment, and it seemed walk-in's were acceptable. When I arrived I wasn't able to get my hair done because all the stylists were booked, which is normal considering the amount of elderly people in the Greenfield area. I asked about nails and the receptionist contacted Laurie, who was kind enough to come in before her first appointment to give me a manicure/pedicure. We started talking and she was very friendly, which made me feel comfortable. I found myself just pouring out my thoughts good and bad, as most women do when getting a manicure, but also keeping an eye on the time. I felt bad because I noticed that my time was going to run over into her scheduled time with another client. The reason I'm writing this review is because as the time with me pushed closer to the time with her next appointment Laurie's demeanor began to change. She agreed with me in order to keep my satisfied, but when she cut me off twice I knew that she was concerned about her professional responsibility. When she was painting my toes she realized she would have to start again because of the nail polish I chose, instead of causing her to sit with me I decided on a different option so that she could hurry to her next appointment. Before I left I apologized to her scheduled appointment and thanked Laurie for her work. It was my 30th birthday, and that experience ruined my morning. Had a massage appointment with Jules on 8July. Originally I had scheduled for 90 mins, but reduced that to 60 for a couple of reasons.

Historically, I have found that many massage therapists don't listen to what you tell them regarding your 'trouble spots' or needs. Many have a routine of how they massage and pay little attention to your requests/concerns. More often than not, I have ended up frustrated that I wasted money on someone who didn't listen. Therefore, I reduced my time to 60 mins so I could reduce my frustration if things didn't go right. I also reduced my time to see how Jules would respond to my adjustment - she acted like a total pro whose priority is customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Jules. She LISTENED! She looked past my frustrated tone and honed in on what I said. She hit all of my areas of concern and spent more than sufficient time on them. She let me drive the amount of conversation. Some massage therapists can get a bit chatty and it distracts from the point of getting the massage in the first place - relaxation! The room and bed temperatures were perfect! She kept me pleasantly comfortable the entire time.

Finally, the cost is great, especially for the quality of service and attention. I highly recommend her!! Great...

Horrible experience with spa staff and owner! The nail tech that we hired was very unprofessional. Her station was dirty, and her tools were unsanitized. She threw towels and cotton swabs and cotton balls la across the room (missing the trash can ) . Cuticles were not cut and the polish used use have been several years old or ruined. It did not go on smoothly and it took forever to dry(literally over an hour ) due to no fans or drying agents and due to this, my polish was ruined once it touched shoes. I originally wanted her to use gel nail polish ; She refused to do gel stating that “It takes too long and too hard to remove “ To top it all off My daughter ended up getting toe fungus after the visit. I called the owner to complain, and she was very rude and refused to address the nail tech poor quality of work and unprofessionalism and to try to compensate us in anyway.. all she said was ” take it up with the nail tech” Extremely horrible experience, and will not return and I advise you to stay away from the salon portion of that facility as you will be extremely disappointed and the owner appears to be a disgruntled and NOT willing to accommodate or apologize to anyone who has had...
