Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenfield

So went to order a personal pan pizza for my husband on Valentine's to be delivered across the street. Get a call from the pizza delivery guy wanting to know where his tip was. Really? When ordering the pizza i was told there was a $3.00 charge for delivery..found out this doesnt go to the driver. After personally stopping in to the restaurant to talk to the manager about phone call from driver. Manager said i am sorry i spoke with him that this wasnt proper to call people regarding the tip. I explained to the driver in person i didnt mean to stiff him thinking $3 delivery fee was for him. I gave him a tip and not once did he say i am sorry nor thank you for the tip. When i got ready to leave manager asked if the driver apologized ..i said no and all she could say is i am sorry. Really? Thanks for making what was to be a small valentine gesture to my husband a horrible experience. My husband and i were frequent customers...

Their delivery charge is $6, their mobile app is trash, I didn't find out until I paid that it would take almost 2 hours on a Thursday to get delivered. The store is like a mile away. When I tried calling the store to cancel the order (because my kids would be going to bed right when the pizza would get here so it's too late) the number didn't work. There was an initial Pizza Hut greeting, then it switched to a number disconnected message. I have no idea how they're still open. Maybe the store is a front for the mafia, because it sure seems like they don't want you to order ever. Update: it finally arrived 30 minutes after the ridiculous quoted time. The driver was polite and the food was warm, but both the bread sticks and pizza were tasteless and hard like they'd been under a heat lamp all day. The pizza smelled off. I noticed on all the other bad reviews, there's a bot reply that's noncommittal and no offer to make it...

Ordered for delivery called back literally one minute later (no joke) and asked to remove one topping on the pizza and the manager told me that the pizza was already made and in the oven and about to come out... Now being a general manager at another pizza place i know for a fact they didnt have the pizza made and loaded into the oven and about to come out. Called back again (after being hung up on by a manager) to cancel my order and the manager once again told me that i can not cancel my order and was rude and hung up yet again. Tired of this place have contacted corporate and will do until this horrible management gets taken care of. Been a loyal customer for over a year now and i have to say ive never once had a good experience from them. I would never treat my customers the way i have been treated today.
