I was just put out of Trendale Jones chair at Blenz Barbershop for not wanting to discuss his poor time management in his place of business. He had already started cutting my hair and told me that I could get another barber to cut my hair all because I didn’t want to discuss his poor time management in front of other customers… I certainly was upset when I sat down, but I know when and where to express my frustration and that was not a time or place to hold the discussion. He told me that he runs his business and that he can talk about whatever he wants whenever he wants and that I could just go find another barber to cut my hair. I expressed “that you’ve already started cutting my hair “ He put me out of his chair. That is the most unprofessional thing that a person in public service could do. He just graduated from barber school and is currently unlicensed… this is certainly not a good way to start...

Based on recommendation by client, had Cyrus (20 years experience) cut my hair, paid $50. Wanted minimum trim of hair/beard, awful. He didn't touch hair or shapeup with the exception of beard(misunderstanding I guess). Referring client took a look at cut later, stating it was awful and unexceptable. Worse cut in more than 70 years at any barbershop. Cyrus being Deaf/mute was the problem I suppose, could not clearly explain my desire without aid from adjacent attendant. Also, SHOP WAS UNSANITARY. Old hair was piled up underneath consoles. Not professional. Perhaps folks with low expectations may find it superb, but anyone with intellect will find this establishment lacking and woefully not classy. Will never return....
