I’ll try to make this short! Ordered CURBSIDE online. Went to the store CURBSIDE and checked in. 5 minutes past, so I called the store which went to a call center. Spoke to James who said someone would be out in a couple min. Another 5 minutes past of no one being in the store so I called again. Spoke to Maria and she said she would send a message over. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing drivers come out with orders to deliver I went inside. Had to walk into the kitchen to find someone. Lady tells me there is a sign in the store door stating if curbside doesn’t come out within 10 min to come inside. I asked her how in the world is someone supposed to see that sign from your curb!?!?!? She then said we are short staffed. (One of the drivers could of brought my order out while they were already heading out or she could have brought it to me being she did not have any customers. It would of taken 2 secs). Called the call center back on my way home and spoke to James again (they must not have a big call center) and explained to him that I wanted my tip back because I did not get the service I tipped for. James said he would send me over to the store and I can talk to the manager. Of course no one picked up the phone. Called call center back and guess what!? I got Maria AGAIN! Told maria I wanted my tip back because I did not get the service I tipped for. Maria had the audacity to ask me with an attitude, “well why didn’t you speak to the manager while you were there?”. Maybe because I have a hungry kid that’s already been waiting for his pizza at home! I ended up calling a 1800 number and spoke to Leo who told me someone would contact me within 72 hours about my tip refund. Well it’s been a week and not a call have I received! Read moreMy family and I order from here all the time and never had any issues. Always great. Tonight we ordered through the app. They didn’t deliver the pizza we ordered which shows on the receipt. They charged us anyways. When I called like the delivery guy had suggested, the gentleman on the phone was very kind and offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. And give us 5$ credit. Great! Ten 10 minutes later, a woman called with an attitude and told me she was not going to honor what was told to us. Said and I quote, “oh well he was a new higher and didn’t have the authority to do so, which really means we don’t want to waste the time and energy to fix a mistake that was made on our part and we don’t want to send our delivery driver to make right what was wrong.” She even said that many people have been having issues with the app, and said there’s nothing they can do, when in fact they chose not to. The district manager was in the background saying, “no we are not doing it again”
We were charged for 2 large pizzas and breadsticks with 5 sauces of marinara and only received 3 sauces. The sauces alone are 1$ a piece.
Missing the specialty large pizza.
Terrible customer service. Not going the second mile at all.
Go look at the other reviews on here before you order. Will tell my friends and family to order elsewhere.

This second time we placed the order at 3:20 and did not get the pizza till 5:30 when we called to check on it 30 minutes after when it was supposed to be there we were told it had left the store on time so it should’ve been there or will be in the next minute or two. It did not show up for another 30 minutes and was of course cold because it left the store an hour ago. The cheese sticks were burnt and had no cheese on them. We did not even eat the pizza. We called the manager but after 20 minutes on hold and explaining the situation she literally said “ok so what are you looking for” I told her I at least needed to be refunded to get something else. Apparently she can’t do refunds I have to wait for a district manager to call me “in a few days” and that will “just be the start of the refund” she didn’t apologize at all. In fact had no personality to be management. Way to clueless and unhelpful. I would not hire someone like that to be in charge of my business.
