⚠️ Warning ⛔️ Please beware when coming to this location. My best friend, her son, and I came here for dinner the other night and my experience was very unpleasant to say the least. First our waitress was nice but she rarely checked on us to ask if we needed refills also PLEASE check your seafood boil before eating!! I really wish I did because after I got to the bottom of my bag I took a big bite out of my egg and it had a long piece of hair on it. I let the manager know since my waitress was nowhere to be found and she grabbed me two new boiled eggs even though it was already contaminated instead of either remaking my food or removing it from my bill. That’s not even the last of it. My best friends son ALSO had hair at the bottom of his bag as well but way more than just a strand. I didn’t take a photo of his food but we grabbed the manager again and she took his bag to the back and came back with the checks and said that she spoke with the team lead and they’ve decided to take 20% off my bill but remove his seafood boil completely off. I honestly felt like that was a slap in my face. The fact that only $7.49 was removed from my bill instead of being comped for the whole thing was unfair. My best friend felt the same way so she offered and paid for my meal because she felt like I didn’t deserve the poor customer service that I was given. We left and will NEVER return to this location.

I just had a bizarre experience. I’ve been here before. I’ve dined in and placed to go orders with no issues. And if I did have an issue it wasn’t anything too bad and it was handled professionally. Today my dasher took a picture of my order and it was wrong so I frantically tried getting in contact with him so he wouldn’t drive all the way to my home and the order is wrong. I called him because he wasn’t updating me and when he answered he said “I don’t know what’s going on”. Then when he tried to get more information, someone says “she needs to call the store we can’t talk to her from your device” instead of simply telling him “hi sir we are fixing the order now”. So I call the store and inquired about my order and she says “yes we are fixing it now.” I then asked “ok well did no one tell the dasher this??” And she replied “I got you I got you.” I thanked her and hung up. Like I’m not understanding why that took place but I’m not too fond of the interaction and I’ll probably never do DoorDash delivery again and may never order here all together. So weird. Photos posted are of wrong order and the correct order.

I just had a bizarre experience. I’ve been here before. I’ve dined in and placed to go orders with no issues. And if I did have an issue it wasn’t anything too bad and it was handled professionally. I went to Red Crab in the Pyramids Village shopping center in Greensboro, NC on Tuesday October 10, 2023 like I normally do and placed my order. I walked up to the door and before I could get in the door I see two workers sitting on the little bench in the waiting area. One guy and one girl. The guy had his hands inside his pants and the lady was on her phone. No one greeted me or anything they were just lounging around like they were at home. At the time I did not know the lady was the manager on duty that evening. I proceed to go into the restaurant and there's another girl at the front counter and before she could get my order the guy who had his hands in his pants jumped up and grabbed my order and attempted to hand it to me. I said: So you're really going to touch my food after you had your hands in your pants, didn't even wash your hands or nothing? I don't want that. He tried to lie and say he had his hands in my pockets when I clearly saw them in his pants, dirty underwear and all. I came back out to the car and called back in to speak to the manager and I can see the girl that was behind the counter take the manager the phone (which was the girl I passed sitting next to the guy on the way in) and she had the AUDACITY to have an attitude with me, as if I had done something wrong. She said in an extremely nonchalant tone: Yeah I was sitting here I heard your conversation, so from there I knew she didn't care. I asked for the corporate number or email she said she wasn't giving it to me. I asked her for her name she said I don't have to give it to you. I walked back in the restaurant and asked her again for her name and she said again I don't have to give you my name and got up and walked off. I don't know if it's these new young people they had in here that night or what, but I am extremely DISGUSTED!!! I've been to this Red Crab endless times (Use to be my favorite location before this incident) and many other locations from here to Danville, VA, spent so much money with this restaurant and I have NEVER had an experience like this EVER!!! I did reach out to the location on Gate City Blvd and the manager on duty there Dwayne was so kind and helpful and provided me with the information needed to contact corporate via email and even took down my name number and email and ensured me it would be passed along to the General Manager the next day. They don't even deserve 1 star! This is the worst Red Crab! I went here for lunch today and I was extremely disappointed! When I walked in the restaurant there was NO staff in sight! I could hear staff talking in the kitchen. There was only 1 table of 2 ppl eating. I waited at the bar for a while. As I got ready to walk towards the kitchen to find someone to take my order an employee walked out. I asked if anyone was working the bar the guy said yes and continued to walk towards the hostess stand. I said, well I asked because I've been waiting for a while... He said, he was working the bar and to have a seat. He gave menu and I noticed the 8 count crab cakes (which was my whole reason for going to this restaurant) had went up from $9.99 to $14.99! I ordered a shrimp and fry basket and crab cakes. My intention was to dine in but I had to change my order to a to-go order because it took so long! Majority of my lunch break was over just waiting so I didn't have time to eat.. Once I got my food, my crab cakes were NOT in my bag!!! I walked towards the exit, to the guy and saw that he had given my crab cakes to a woman who was picking up a to-go order. He was closing the box to the crab cakes as I was walking up to him to tell him my crab cakes were not in my bag. He interrupted me saying "I know.. I know these are yours" smiling/laughing about it!
