I purchased a beautiful bed set from this store on 5/27/25, but the experience was incredibly disappointing.

From the moment we started shopping, we felt rushed. The woman helping us was extremely rude—she yelled at my family and me, rolled her eyes constantly, and made it clear she didn’t want to help us. She even mentioned having a headache, which seemed to justify her behavior in her mind. It made the whole process uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

We received our set on 5/31/25. The movers were polite, but they rushed through the delivery even though we asked them multiple times to remove the drawers, offered to take off our doors, and encouraged them to take their time. Unfortunately, they didn’t listen. As a result, they caused multiple dents in our wall and door frame—and left a hole in the wall the size of a baseball. When we pointed it out, they told us, “This is an easy fix—you guys can fix it,” which was frustrating and dismissive.

Afterward, my husband's friend (who had actually recommended this place to us and had shopped here himself) called the store to express his concern. Instead of listening, they yelled at him and told him it wasn’t his business since my husband didn’t personally call. It was shocking how unprofessional and rude they were.
