Cass Jewelers has had our business since we moved here 25 years ago and will continue to have it until we’re gone. They have the most helpful and friendly staff and are never pushy. In the year 2000 or so my husband bought the most beautiful ring for me to celebrate several anniversaries at one time. I was so excited!! We were sitting at Village Tavern with another couple and here comes Geoff across the dining room to deliver my newly sized and polished ring for my husband to put on my finger!! That was above and beyond “customer service”. I have continued to feel that special every time I have visited the store. It doesn’t matter if we are purchasing or repairing, or even a simple battery replacement, we are always treated with that same above and beyond treatment. I’ve always appreciated their honesty as well. They never go ahead with a repair until they have had it approved first. They have always been truthful when a piece is just not repairable. Update: I got my ring back early and it’s absolutely SPARKLING and so perfect! It fits like a glove. My fiancé and I are so incredibly happy with the customer service we received from Jordan and the rest of the team there! I couldn’t recommend a better jeweler no matter where you are located. There are so many positive things I can say about Cass Jewelers. I dropped my engagement ring off on Saturday to be resized as well as appraised. As someone who is newly engaged I’m so anxious to get it back. Jordan Cass is by far the sweetest, most professional, accommodating and helpful person I have ever met. I’m not sure where to begin describing the excellent service me and my fiancé have experienced at Cass Jewelers. They have extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff to guide you through every step of your purchase. They exceeded our expectations and walked me through every step of the ring buying process. They helped me to find the pickiest girl in the world the perfect ring for her and she absolutely loves it. One of the small diamonds around the band ended up falling out later on and we took it back to them to seek their advice on what to do and they sent it back to the jeweler and fixed it with absolutely no charge and even told us to bring it back at anytime if it happens again for the same fix!
