This used to be my go to place for coffee but the last two months I don’t know what has happened here but service is horrible and the coffee is the same standard that is served at the local gas station. Today was the final straw with me going to Starbucks at this location. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha and a Venti Carmel Brûlée Frappuccino. I was drinking the Frappuccino as I was driving up the road to let my white chocolate mocha cool down a little bit when I got to the nail salon and picked up my cup. I was actually in shock and opened up my cup, and it was just a little over half full, I had a nail appointment so I didn’t want to turn around and go back so I went ahead and tasted it. It was not white chocolate mocha I don’t know what it was but it was horrible. I spent $21 here today almost 22 because I had also got three cake pops for my granddaughter last week I spent 16 and some change on one day the next day a coworker asked me to swing through there even though I didn’t want to. I spent $30 and all of our coffee’s were horrible so I don’t know if some new training needs to be done at this location, but I can go to any other Starbucks in the area the one inside of Harris Teeter the one inside of target I can go to the other one that has the drive-through up on battleground and we do not have this issue , so why is there such a horrible issue at this location? Read moreI had an awful experience at this location in the late PM on February 10, 2019. I came to the drive through and ordered my usual - Mint Majesty tea, iced. I was told that this drink wasn't available. I asked whether they were out of the mint teabags, and the voice replied that no, they had plenty of teabags, but they were only available to customers ordering hot tea. I was really taken aback and suggested that I've been having this drink almost every day for the past two years, in multiple locations across the state, including this one. The voice disagreed with me and told me it was not possible. Did she just call me a liar?
I calmly asked to please brew me a cup of hot tea and give me another cup full of ice, and I'll make my own iced mint tea in the car. Pulling to the window, a young lady opened it and started demanding to know where exactly I've ordered this drink before, as she was sure nobody at Starbucks would ever agree to make it. Her attitude was rather aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable. I regretted ever coming for a cuppa that night.
I just took my cup of hot tea and my cup of ice, poured one into another and told her, "this is how you make it", and went on my way. I will no longer patronize this location after this experience. I'll just drive down the street to the next Starbucks, or use the one inside the grocery store in...

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks because it has a drive through for when I’m running late for school, it’s near my house, And everyone here is usually very friendly. Today though, my experience wasn’t as lovely. The girl that was at the register, Sydney, I perceived as a bit rude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Gouda, as usual, afterwards proceeded to ask if I wanted a drink or if that was it, but she seem to be a bit rude. I thought maybe she’s had a rough day, or whatever because I am a server and I understand working with the public is hard so I figured I’d continue to be nice to her. When my sandwich came out the girl who took it out didn’t know where it went (this was not a problem in my experience it’s okay) but when Sydney came back to hand it to me, again, i perceived the same rudeness so I proceeded to thank her for handing the sandwich to me. Once I sat down, my younger sister said she also received the poor quality service from her. I wasn’t upset until I saw her conversing with a group of ladies that had walked in after and she seemed to have treated them better.
