Pantry Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Greensboro

This was the worst customer service I’ve had lately. I called the branch located on S Elm in Greensboro to place an order for pick up. They said that they only take pick up orders for delivery companies. So, I drove there and tried to order the “Family Chicken Box” for $17.99. The guy who’s working there acted like he never heard of that order’s name before. I pulled up my phone, went to the website, and pointed on the order that I wanted. He said that Pantry Chicken doesn’t have that order on the menu, even though it was clearly stated on the website. I was very confused because I asked the worker to tell me my options and he seemed like he was hearing me talking in an alien language. would give zero stars if I could. Pantry Fried Chicken blatantly overcharged me, and after multiple calls and in-person visits, they still refuse to resolve the issue.

Each time I reached out, I was either given the runaround or told someone would “get back to me” — spoiler alert, they never did. It’s beyond frustrating when a business takes your money unfairly and then shows zero interest in making things right.

The lack of accountability is astounding. They clearly don’t care about their customers or maintaining any semblance of integrity. If you enjoy being overcharged and ignored, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money to a business that values honesty and respect.

After a long day of work my husband and I visited this restaurant to gather chicken for our love ones. The gentleman whom was operating the restaurant at the time advised us that the chicken was cooked over 1hour and 30 mins ago. He then advised when asked again, just to ensure we heard currently that, “HE CAN NOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE TIME” ! We then asked for fresh chicken to be cooked and was advised THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO SO!!!!!! This is definitely a good safety issue and should be address quickly. Serving customers chicken that has been sitting around is a safety issues and should be addressed quickly! I will definitely be contacting the health department regarding this issue!...
