VIP Express — Restaurant in Greensboro

If i could give them zero stars, I would, warning - their customer service is horrendous. We ordered food for pickup during our lunch break at work. When picking up, we confirmed the order. And when the gentleman said large chicken lo mein, we stated it was supposed to be large chicken fried rice. He said, "Yeah, that's right." He also overcharged us, and my co-worker caught it and got the money refunded. Upon returning to work, we found that my chicken fried rice was not in the bag, and neither was a chicken lo mein. There was a soup that I do not know what it is, and a small white rice. When we called to find out what we could do, the gentleman argued with me for minutes that I ordered chicken lo mein and that it was in the bag... unfortunately, I am at work and can not take another break to go back and fix this. So for lunch I have a small white rice. I will never recommend a company that wants to argue over what I ordered even though neither item was in my bag. So I've now spent $15 to eat an egg roll and white...

I have always eaten at this place and have never had any problems, but yesterday while I was eating my food I picked up one of my sesame chickens and ate it. I felt like a piece of hair was in my food and while I was pulling the hair out from my mouth I notice the hair wasn’t mine. It was long and black and not to shade myself but my hair was recently dyed a very light color and it’s not long at all. Me being the shy person I am I didn’t call the place back and tell them about the incident, but when I told my grandma she decided to take the food back. The ppl at the place did not give me a refund because most of my food was gone which makes no sense because I didn’t find the hair until I got to that side of the plate. The fried rice isn't good at all. The yellow rice is very very dry. They use no oil or spices to flavor the rice. The yellow rice is BAD. You can make a pot of rice at home and it would be better. So today I had the Bourbon Chicken and the white steamed rice and egg roll. The bourbon chicken sauce was good but I really could not taste the chicken. I've eaten a lot of chicken and they way the chicken was cut up I don't think it was chicken. The egg roll was just ok. And if I have to be honest the white steam rice was perfect. I don't know why these Chinese restaurants serve this plastic yellow rice passing it off as fried rice. It's nothing fried about this place fried rice. Trust me. You are going to highly disappointed. Oh I forgot to mention I got 3 wingettes. They are not whole wings. Selling them for a $1 a piece....
