I drove all the way to get to this store bc of a good review but what a shame! There's no good wifi at the store at least that's what I was told, so the representative didn't back up my new phone. Also when I called I was told that the phone I wanted was $300 when I got there I was told oh that's for a new number 🤔 I came home and had to back up my phone by the way the representative told me to, now I have both phones signed on onto each other both rings when I get a call bc oh the old one wasn't deactivated 🤦‍♀️ for real people need to do a better job when a client shows up at there and offer better service or closes it up!! Simply laziness that's all. I wouldn't recommend this store or go there anymore to buy anything just a waste of...

Been with this company since 2017 and I usually always go to this store... for the first time I was sold a phone that was defected and I wasn't given another phone, a refund, or allowed to even get a different phone. These stores have got real mean and nasty over the years. Will be looking into finding another phone company soon cause I can't believe how I was treated. The customer service skills are trash. They just want to try to get you to change your number and get an iPhone and that's not ok. Everyone don't want to use...

Watch out! Make sure you get a receipt! They will tell you things are free then charge you for them. There is a lot of double talk and trying to explain your charges without wanting to give us a receipt. It took 2 days to get one. They feel because you are not in the best neighborhood that you are ignorant and treat you like a fool. I was here watching them give run around...
