DO NOT EAT HERE!! No idea what’s been going on with this location lately but everyone here has the worst attitudes and they constantly mess up your order and act like you’re inconveniencing them. A few weeks ago I ate here and I got sick. Another time they messed up my order and had me waiting in the drive thru for 45 MINUTES, once they came back to the window they said “actually we’re closing up now so can you come back tomorrow?” AFTER telling me to pull up to the window so they can remake my food. Went back the next day to have my order remade and when i got home my food was ICE cold. I live walking distance from here, my food felt like it was put in the fridge from the night before! Last night my boyfriend ordered and they messed up his order after asking for no meat or dairy on his food. He went back around and they remade it.This morning he’s so sick he’s popping blood vessels in his eyes. I called Taco Bell this morning to let them know their food is making people sick and I was greeted with an attitude as a response and not a single apology. So I’ve contacted corporate and the department of health since they don’t seem to care that they’re making people sick and can potentially kill them. I have usually had a good experience at this restaurant however, tonight I went to pick up order around 12am I was informed that they had to close because they were short staffed and we're out of some necessary food items. While I understand the recent staffing shortages I don't understand why the order was accepted. This was my 3rd order in a row that couldn't be picked up due to the restaurant being closed. I don't get why this keeps happening I have talked with Uber support countless times as well as the restaurants to no avail. I always call the customer myself because they are waiting to eat and I don't want them to just get a notification that their order was cancelled with no explanation. As consumers my advice for late night orders is to try to make sure these places are open first by googling them yourself. Read moreWe came through the drive thru around 10:15ish. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, a cheese quesadilla, a taco, a cheesy bean, rice, and potato burrito, and a cheesy fiesta potato. We were asked if we wanted sauce, and we asked for fire. Our order came up to $15.97. At the window, we paid and received our food, and when we went home, there was no fire sauce in our bag, the quesadillas were not cut and there was no sauce in the quesadilla, potatoes were cold. My issue is if you’re gonna ask me what sauce I’d like, then be courteous enough to actually put it in the bag. We didn’t check our bag in the car and when we got home is when we found this out. My feeling is I shouldn’t have to check the bag for its accuracy. We got 3 bags for 5 items? The customer service point was sorely missed as we love Taco Bell, but this location was pretty bad.
