Customer service is abysmal at Appliance Zone. If you are thinking about getting any appliance, new or used, do not go here. You're better off going to a trusted and well known company that will uphold their end of the deal and complete the delivery/installation.
I paid for the installation and delivery of a used washer and dryer. Paul delivered the used washer and dryer with a stacking kit and brought a water hose which I hadn't paid for yet. He installed the washer and dryer but did not complete the installation by installing the stacking kit that was paid for because it was the wrong kit for the model of washer/dryer. He forgot his card reader so I couldn't pay for the hose at the house, and I told him I'm happy to pay for the water hose and expected to pay when he finished the job. I called several days and left several messages but when I got ahold of him, he said he would call me back within a few minutes and then never did nor did he leave a text message explaining the situation.
I called him at the start of his business hours after several previous attempts and he picked up. I asked when he would be able to finish the installation and I was blamed for not coming in to pay the difference for the water hose. I told him I was going to pay but he never finished the stacking kit installation. His excuse for not responding to calls/texts was he was busy and he was "doing research" for the right type of stacking kit. During this call he told me he was on the way to another delivery and after several minutes of not getting anywhere nor offering to remedy the situation, he hung up on me mid-conversation to focus on a customer he was delivering to.
At this point, my wife and I will look up the type of stacking kit we need for the module of washer/dryer ourselves and no longer conduct business with Paul. I recommend you take your business elsewhere as Paul does not keep good communication and when questioned about the lack of communication, he blames the customer.
