7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Greenville

Great new coffee place here in GreenVegas! Well thought out, designed double drive thru and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable without being creepy, if you know what I mean. I do like the vibe there. They are like any other local or national/ international coffee chains or café restaurants that offer coffee and drinks with high levels of high sugar and intense flavorings- however they DO offer levels of sweetness and flavor- which is good. I do like their regular, black coffee. It's really good and on par with local GreenVegas "Bridge City Coffee" about a mile on the same road heading towards the city. They offer a variety of "energy drinks involving "Red Bull" and other varieties I believe as well as shakes. They concentrate on drinks only - NO FOOD!! Which is good IMO. For me, the "deal breakers" are their later hours and what makes this good coffee place great are the sugar free options. NO CHAIN OFFERS MORE SWEETENED SUGAR FREE OPTIONS!! As a type 2 diabetics, it's SO great to have this available and offered. I look forward to trying their selections of hot or iced teas as well as the "Italian sodas". One thing though, I would like to see how an extended hours or 24 hour coffee place would do here. Other companies need to take notice of this operation and WHY it stands out from all other similar businesses and restaurants....

I love this place, I go every time I finish grocery shopping as a little treat. I love chatting with the employees, but today the girl that took my order was so insanely rude. I’ve never had that issue so it took me by surprise. She waved my car up with an attitude and took my order in a monotone voice, didn’t even greet me. I just matched her energy and I don’t think she liked that either. I always leave a tip but this time I tried to opt out but the tablet wouldn’t let me, I told her it wasn’t working right and she got even more upset about that, waving her hands around and huffing and puffing. She just kept holding it up to me even though I said it wasn’t working, I had to tell her to look at the screen in hopes she could fix the screen. I ended up leaving a tip at the front anyway because she couldn’t figure it out. I get having a bad day but I’m a stranger, don’t take it out on me! My drink was delish though and I will be back, fingers crossed she’s just having...

My favorite is the white chocolate mocha chiller with whipped cream on top and a white chocolate drizzle on top of the whipped cream. I come to this location often and today was by far my worst experience. The last few times, the team has forgotten to put my white chocolate drizzle on top of the whipped cream, and I have made a few comments each time I go through the drive-through. This morning, one of the young ladies wanted to argue with me when I attempted to let her know that I wanted the white chocolate drizzle on top and mentioned that there are times they forget. I understand her statement of it “melting to the bottom” but what I was trying to inform her was that there hasn’t been any on top of my whipped cream.
