After months of trying to contact the owner and speaking to customer service over a problem I still have not been able to have fixed, he reached out to me. Not even a simple apology, money and time wasted. The owner is highly unprofessional and when simply raising concerns "You're wrong!" as he proceeds to cut off everything you're saying (3 times in the span of 42 seconds). Contacted a different store as directed by the customer service line and after was promptly called by the owner who once again persisted to inform me of how wrong I was and as his business he can even shut down anytime he wishes.
