The misses and I ordered a few items back in August. One of them they told us was discontinued so we could get the floor item, and so we did.

A few weeks ago, the discontinued item broke. When I called, they told us they'll see if they can still get a part from the manufacturer, and if not will see what they can do. I feared the worse, but held out hope.

There was some miscommunication, but they quickly resolved that and the tech was able to come out a few days later and fix the couch. All the while they provided very friendly and great customer service. I'm happy to buy...

I purchased my reclining couch and love seat over 10 years ago, and it is still in great shape! They gave me advice on how to keep it up. I purchased new cushions every couple years to keep it looking new and was offered a discount each time. Still reclines perfectly! When I was shopping around I saw a great deal at a store that had going out of business prices. I called Lifestyle to see if they would price match, they went lower and I got a warranty as the going out of business stores don’t offer them. It had some issues within the warranty time frame so we contacted them about it then they sent a rep out, he confirmed the issues and they gave us a new bed under the warranty free of charge.
