July 2020 update! This location just keeps going down hill! Tired of the uneducated people that work here! Is it really so hard to put prices on the items you sale? What a amazing concept! It's also now $4.99 a pound for bulk screws! No longer a deal. Guess they felt the need to increase the price by almost $2 a pound! Honestly, aside from two employees the rest are not very friendly or welcoming.
This is my closest location. I go in once a week. So this is a real review from a repeat Customer. I like Rural King stores. However this location has several problems that have yet to get taken care of. It will be weeks to sometimes a month or more to get some feed in stock. Several of the cashiers are rude and should not be dealing with people directly and some can not keep a good pace so long wait times in check out. A lot of workers just have no knowledge of farm life or anything so it's hard to get actual help if you have a question. Overall it's one of the better ones. At least it's pretty clean store. Huber heights location is always a mess. This location could be great with...
Read moreThe parking lot is a serious issue—poorly managed and inconvenient. Frankly, it's almost enough to make me consider going elsewhere. The in-store experience doesn't help either. Shelves are cluttered, products are misplaced, and the general messiness creates a frustrating shopping experience. Assistance is rarely available, lines are consistently long, and cashiers seem untrained and overwhelmed.
It's clear that management needs an overhaul. Over the past three years, we've noticed a significant decline in the store's overall condition and customer service. Even the return policy, while ultimately accommodating, highlights a lack of consistency and firm leadership when challenged.
This store has potential, but without strong management and a focus on basics like cleanliness, organization, and efficient service, it risks driving away...
Read moreI placed an online order at the Greenville, OH Rural King for a seasonal item. This store does not fill online orders until the next day, so my item was all sold out between the time my order was placed and when they finally decided to fill my order. I live a good distance from the store which is why I wanted to be sure they actually had the item and on hold for me before I drove there. I called a few hours after I placed my order to check on it. I got a "customer service" female that just kept repeating that I would get an email when the order was ready. She clearly did not want to help me in any way and is not what I consider customer service. Instead, I got an email informing me that my order was cancelled. I have used online ordering at other Rural King stores and have gotten my order ready email within an...
