My experience was disappointing, we bought a defective recliner and returned the chair and replaced it with a less expensive recliner. We waited approximately 3 weeks for our refund of the difference between the cost of the chair, with no contact from the salesman I called and was told it would be sent to us. I am not sure if this would have been refunded if I had not contacted the store.
