At first it may appear to be in a sketchy area but Greenville is doing a good job revitalizing areas that haven't been used in years. Hampton Station is near the Swamp Rabbit trail, but still needs a little more sidewalk area to make the connection. There are several good restaurants on site as well as axe throwing, a pet motel, a bike shop, a Barber, and beer, tacos, sandwiches, salads are also available. There is a fair amount of outdoor space with picnic tables and grassy area. It's not far from downtown Greenville. New businesses seem to be opening up often. If they repainted the water tower, repaved the roads and improved the SRT connections, it will attract more customers - but still is crowded at times, especially on the weekends.
