I went there a few weeks ago, and the young lady at the jewelry counter would not wait on me. She would not even give me eye contact. A customer came to the counter while I was waiting for help. She immediately asked this lady if she could assist her. The customer asked me if i needed assistance. I love TJMaxx and I never have been treated so rudely and disrespectful. I felt it was racial. I am a Senior, and Seniors have money to spend. I reported this to the manager and it may have been an assistant manager. They apologized to me and said they would handle the situation. The manager offered to come out and assist me, but I was so disappointed at the time, I said no, not right now. Non existent training or management (Lexi and Miguel) involvement during the day. I had prior experience with a sister store but had to learn some new things from others or on the spot. I’ve still learned critical things that I didn’t know about just months after being hired. There were people hired before me with no experience with the company that didn’t even know the basics. I took on the responsibility to ensure that they weren't neglected any further. I can imagine, it’s a real shame those who have worked there for however long in that store notice the decline in their leader's credibility and associate’s worth. Read moreThe rudest staff I've ever encountered in a store. They want you to line up all the clothes back again on the rack after you've tried them in the fitting room. The cashier didn't call for help to look for a price tag on an item and expected me to go back to the place where I got the item from and find another one with a price tag as they don't have enough staff. Also zero etiquette from the cashier. I switched from one cashier number to the second because we had 2 orders and her question from "where'd y'all come from?" meaning you were not in line, but we were. Like I said, zero manners.
