As a conscience and organic eater this place truly far meet the demands for such. The lack of appearance of the romaine base salad not only lack appeal but good favor as well. I do not plan on ever returning. Why? the salads tasted just like water and no life. Additional, the way the vegetable are diced and the size of the cut of lettuce does not go well together. If any customers want to get filled up with lifeless food this would be the place. Please retrain your staff how to cut up vegetables in a salad that helps with the appeal even though your vegetables have no live or nutrient for the body. Why did I mean mentions after eating some of your salad, I felt a lack of life instead of energy which food once produce sustain life. Well, this salad did not give, not only for me but my daughter that expected thing after eating it made us more drained than before we ate them. In closing, why do you have a price for your salads as though they are organic when in fact they are not. You are definitely overcharging ill-informed people a ridiculous price for lack of quality and...

Disappointed. The place was nice and new looking, with lots of cars in th parking lot when we arrived. The menu featured big sandwiches with lots of meat, and most of the sub combos were $8.50 and up... which seemed pricey, but the pictures looked like it might be worth it. It wasn't. I got the Club sub. I was surprised by how little meat was on it. I actually considered taking it back and complaining. It was the same or less than a similar sandwich at Jimmy John's (costing a couple dollars less). My friend ordered the philly steak sandwich (which at least had a bit more meat than mine did), but said it wasn't better than the same sandwich he had gotten from Arby's the week before (but Arby's version was $4, not 8.50). Seems like all their combos are overpriced by about $1.50-2.00. I won't be coming back, since I can get pretty much the same thing for a few dollars cheaper at Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Have always heard good things. My wife and I tried it for the first time last night and here it is Saturday morning and we are still upset. When I order a sub toasted and I get something that feels like it was under a heat lamp for 5 minutes, that upsets me. Terrible customer service. Someone orders something toasted, TOAST IT!!!! Tasted like butter bread which does not go well with an Italian. Lettuce was limp and soggy. Tomatoes were mush. So very disappointed. Overall experience was terrible and we will never return.
