Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Greenville

I submitted my experience to the store twice and haven't heard back so here's my story from this particular location. Me and my girlfriend were passing through Greenville from Wilmington and were hungry. We figured Chick-fil-A has always been great so why not. I pulled up into the left drive thru order speaker and initially waited for them to speak to me. 30 seconds to a minute passes and I heard someone say "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" or something like that, but it was to the right drive thru speakerbox. That car ordered and went ahead. I then started saying hello several times and again I heard the other speakerbox attending another vehicle. I began to order on the app since I wasn't being attended to and as I was about to submit my order (at least 3 minutes since that second car was attended to, finally someone spoke to me through the speaker. I ordered my food and she told me the total. I drove up to the window and paid. She took the car and said nothing nice or apologetic. I left annoyed but I at least had my food that I always love. But it wasn't the case this time. The strips, which I was trying for the first time, highly disappointed me and seemed to be undercooked. I asked my girlfriend how her sandwich was and she said it wasn't as crunchy as it usually is (also seemed undercooked but she didn't want to admit that). I then start to eat my fries which turn out to be bits and pieces rather than full cut waffle fries. All in all super disappointed in this restaurant and the garbage service...

This location is probably the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. With that being said the food that I’ve gotten was not the problem. Overall the food quality is on par with other chick fil a locations. This location has shown me so many times why I shouldn’t go back, and I finally had my last bad experience and won’t be going back. They take 5-7 business days to process your mobile order and bring it out, it takes about 30 minutes to get through the drive thru, customer service is a 3/10, and worst part is, THEY DO NOT CUSTOMIZE ANYTHING WHATSOEVER!!! I tried to take off bacon from a salad one trip, “we don’t do that here.” I proceed to tell her we have an allergy in the family and she says “we still can’t do that here.” AFTER she heard me request it at the speaker box and I arrived at the window. Same problem, different trip. We ask for crispy nuggets. “We don’t do that here.” I’ve worked at a chick fil a for 3 years in the past, and that time was spent in the kitchen. YES WE DO TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS!!! YES WE DO HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE CRISPY NUGGETS, There is literally a button on the machines SPECIFICALLY FOR THAT PURPOSE!!! Leadership you need a serious training lesson if this is what you are teaching your BOH staff. I’m deeply disappointed and think I could run this establishment...

This has to be the absolute worst Chick-Fil-A i have ever been to. I went to this location tonight, and waited about 10 min before I got up and asked why I hadn't received my meal yet. A young man very nicely helped me and took a trey out and gave me my food, and apologized, while the management were on their phones seemingly too busy to take care of their guests, me being one of them. I travel for work and go to Chick-Fil-A when I can and I have been to a lot of them all over the country. This place is slow, and some of the people working there are quite rude. I worked at a Chick-Fil-A in Raleigh North Carolina when I was in high school and what goes on at this particular location would never be acceptable. I have a girlfriend who goes to Eastern North Carolina University down the road, so I have been roughly 6-7 times in the past few months. They have forgotten my order when dinning in, given me wrong meals, and I have only heard "my pleasure" once maybe twice. When I worked at the Chick-Fil-A in Raleigh, it was preached to me, "we are a quick service restaurant. Quick service with a smile". This location must not follow this what so ever. Not all of the employees are this way. I would suggest to go here if you want the chicken, but don't expect much more. Just very...
