Fantastic and reasonable Aquarium store for freshwater and marine reef tanks. They have an ongoing wide selection of fish, corals and goods as well as a full service that will cater to your specific needs. I have been to almost every aquarium store in Fairfield county and some may have great selection but unreasonable pricing or very sparse selection. Greenwich Aquaria has tge balance of great customer service, selection and pricing. Just go online for a little while to familiarize yourself with prices and you will be shocked at what some of these stores will get away because they locate themselves in very expensive areas to justify their target market and pricing. Not criticizing anyone's business strategy but Greenwich Aquaria serves to a more realistic and wider target market. Ask for Evan, he was consistently good about knowledge and service. No pressure, no judgement but plenty of attention to your questions :) If you are in the Fairfield county area, this would be my number 1 choice before others. My first stop is usually here now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Today I went to look at some fish and was very interested in the big Plecos the store was selling. The employee at the store told me that the Pleco I wanted was in a display tank. 1. why would you have a tank just for display and not to sell at a fish STORE? 2. Then I pushed the employee to try and convince him to sell the pleco to me. He said that he could possibly “try and get the pleco from behind the display rocks” and I said yes please. He then repeatedly said that he would be unwilling to move the rocks to get the pleco multiple times. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just noticed the recently posted review of GA and I to was there on Sunday 10/19/20 and have been a long time customer of theirs and I have to say, I thought the selection was refreshing, lots of quality stuff good variety considering most of the world is shut down from collecting along with COVID restrictions, staff was awesome Liav was super engaging, Matt was great and knowledgable as well.
