Editing my review for Fabio from 2022 to add an excellent review for another associate at Verizon Riverside, Kevin G., who assisted me in February 2025. Kevin was extremely helpful in upgrading me to a new Samsung Galaxy which included a great deal of a free tablet with purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy phone, updating my phone plan to make sure I was on the best plan possible, and trade in my old devices. He answered all of my questions about the phone, Samsung tablet, and many other accessories. He also advised me about options for adding phones and phone lines. He took his time making sure my new device was all set up, even though it took a few hours! Kevin was also available when I called him on days he was not in the store. He will give you his work cell phone number so you can contact him with any questions you may have prior to and after purchase. Kevin was extremely accessible, polite, professional, and knowledgeable through this entire process. All of the staff at Verizon Riverside I have encountered thus far have been great! I highly recommend this location and Kevin. Fabio was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to transfer my data from one Samsung to another after the corporate Verizon on High Ridge Road in Stamford basically handed me a box and said good luck. He offered the best customer service despite having purchased my phone at the other location. Now I know where to always go....

Jack at the Verizon Riverside store was beyond amazing!!!!!! I came into the store late on a Monday night with a broken iPhone 8 plus feeling dejected because I had spent an entire work day without a phone and also just freshly coming off of a bad experience at the Apple store. I explained my situation to him and he was super supportive, laying out all of my options clearly and even going over them a couple of times with me. He even got on the phone to speak with my Dad at one point (since I’m still on the family plan) to effectively and patiently communicate the plan options to him. You could tell he wants his customers to feel supported and secure in their purchasing decisions. My whole mood changed in the first 5 minutes and completely felt like I was in great and very capable hands. I not only left the store that night with a huge smile on my face, but also a new iPhone 12 Pro graphite at a nice little deal!! Also, he was able to recover and seamlessly transfer the majority of my contacts from the broken phone (I never back up my data) AND told me to come back in to see him in a few days once he recovered more data from my broken phone!!! His product knowledge and customer service are top notch and I cannot recommend this guy enough. Jack will always be the first call I make now whenever I have any tech needs...

However, we were unsure about the details and needed someone who could walk us through the options with patience and honesty. Kevin was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He provided clear, thorough explanations and helped us understand exactly what we were signing up for—no pressure, just thoughtful guidance. His professionalism and kindness made what could have been a confusing decision feel easy and stress-free. On top of that, I was also purchasing an iPad under a separate deal and navigating that on my own as a college-bound student paying out of pocket. Kevin took the time to help me weigh the value of the offer, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase. My family and I returned to the store multiple times during this process, and each time, Kevin greeted us with the same helpful attitude and genuine care.
