I had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. Tina, that works there has no knowledge on how to treat her customers. As soon as my friend and I entered, Tina didn't even say hello or anything, just rudely said sign in. After I did, she made us sit in the chair for pedicure. I am already in their salon for 20 minutes now, but none of the workers there know good customer service including the owner. Tina would answer my questions so rudely, she made me feel like an ediot for asking questions. She would give me looks everytime I asked her something. It was my first time getting acrylic nails so I had some questions so she would give me a look and laugh at my questions.

The worst part was Tina kept making racist remarks towards me. She kept asking me why I don't wear a scarf just like women in Dubai. Just because of the color of my skin, she thought I was Muslim. She kept asking me same questions about the scarf over n over again. She really needs to learn how to communicate with people from all racial backgrounds she needs some serious education 😒 🙄

Then at the end when I found out how much the cost was, I was a little surprised since I wasn't expecting that amount, to which Tina and the owner reached as if I was going to leave without paying them. They just started saying like oh we told you this is how much it'll be its on the paper and bla bla bla....so again judging me wrong multiple times, so needless to say I didn't give any tip.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars, and this long review is to make others aware of expecting horribly customer service at this place. So before u decide to give the. Your hard earned money,...

I am extremely disappointed in my nails. This is my first interaction with a salon in a while and I wanted a full acrylic set for my senior prom, two days before the dance I am now scrambling for time to try and correct what was done. The woman who worked on my nails did not converse much, she asked to see a picture of what I wanted which I showed and had up on my phone for her to see virtually the entire appointment. I ended up leaving with nails MUCH shorter than I had asked for, each nail is actually a different length than the next, they are the wrong shape, the nails are thick and globbed with polish/acrylic in many spots making them uneven, and they look nothing similar to what I had asked for. The gel polish on three of the nails is already lifting and chipping off and is wet underneath not even a day later! Multiple nails are crooked, I noticed the top coat was not applied side wall to side wall on several, I was cut in several places, etc… Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied and shocked by the service and overall atmosphere of the salon and would not recommend if you do not have time to...

In town today from Savannah GA! I wanted to get a fill in so I looked at some reviews and it led me to this place. I hate straying away from my trusted nail tech in SAV but I realllly wanted to get my nails done. There was a little bit of a wait but then I got seated and a nice petite woman started taking off the color. Soon after, a man came over and took over the job. Almost instantly I knew this guy was going to be good and give me a nice manicure. We started getting into conversation and I told him I had never been there before. He started filing and asked if I liked the shape and then after filing he looked so closely to make sure all of my nails were the same shape and they were. Then he started to paint and I was like “Wow that is fiery!” And he asked if I liked the color and I said I LOVED it. We don’t have this color back home so I was so excited. He made sure all of them looked great.

If you’re looking for a change in nail salons, let this be your sign! Go see Lucky! I’ll be back here in a month or so and I’m hoping I can have him do another fill in!
