Starbucks — Restaurant in Greer

Went to this Starbucks today on a coffee run for my office. I asked them for an itemized receipt so that everyone would know what they owe me, and was told that they couldn't give me one. The alternative they presented was to ring in all drinks separately so they could give me different receipts for each drink. The cashier then proceeded disregard this request and rang everything in all at once.

After finally convincing her to ring in the drinks separately, the barista proceeded to make each drink, and gave them to us without any receipts. We then had to talk to a manager that disappeared for about ten minutes before telling us we couldn't get any receipts after the fact, meaning that we had our time wasted by this cashier and barista for nothing.

I've been to this Starbucks several times, and having been to many Starbucks stores in the area, this is one of the better ones. The staff is friendly and genuine, and sevice is quick. It has an open seating plan, and many different tables to sit at. There's always been somewhere to settle down when I've been there. They don't seem to know what coffee is. I ordered something with coffee in it and they asked me if I wanted it without. If I'm ordering coffee, that's what I'd like please. My boyfriend ordered a dirty chai latte with an extra shot of espresso and when he tried it, couldn't even taste the Expresso. Why pay extra for something if you're not going to make it right.
