Normally love this place. For the past month now seems they can't keep doctors on staff to administer to patients. Every time I call to get my child seen, the doctors are out on conference or something for weeks at a time. So I end up having to go to the e.r. I have been here with my kids for twelve years and never had problems til now.. I guess it is who ever new running the place.. really wish they get this going right or get another doctor to be on call when one is away. Really frustrating not have a doctor when you need one.. might consider another...

The staff is condescending, no urgency to make referrals, doesn't return calls, and lacks any degree of compassion. I emailed the Dr over this practice (who isn't even at this location) regarding the issues with the staff, including the nurse practitioner. Never...
