Highly disappointed with this office. Since Covid happened I have never had a doctors office deny the option to wait in your vehicle instead of in a waiting room full of sick patients especially when I have a small child. And the waiting room is super small so there’s no way to have distancing between you and someone who just walked in without a mask or anything and they say they have the flu and need to be tested and other people coughing already sitting down. Sick patients walking in and through the small waiting room with absolutely no mask walking passed healthy patients who had an appointment just for a yearly check up. Why would you make healthy people have to sit in a room full of sick people and not give them the option to be able to safely sit in their vehicle and not be exposed? It’s like they want you to get sick. How do you know if they’re even sanitizing the rooms after each sick patient if they won’t even give you the option to try and stay away from obvious...

I would give negative 5 if it were possible! You can’t get out of the car if you are sick in any way. And they send a nurse out to test you then tell you your results and send you on your way with no medicine no help they said they can’t prescribe antibiotics unless you’ve been sick for 15 days?! I was told that by the doctor when I called to ask why they didn’t give my husband any medicine he told me that and he got an attitude with me.. and I was not being rude I was just simply wanting to know what happened and he got extremely snippy. it’s crazy how they are, they have no problem taking your money though. Charge you all that money just to give you a COVId test you could get for free at the pharmacy!! Don’t go there if you actually...
