The worst experience at the store today not only was cashier Marina to the man in front of me who was a old man returning something that was defective she actually told it was not her responsibility to help him then she refused to sell me 7-Up because she said it was a Snapple product and not a Pepsi and part of the 3 for 10 deal so I called another store which they said yes it is part of the deal how to speak to a manager not only did she say she was the manager show my complaint went on deaf ears then instead of charging me 3 for $10 she charged me 1599 then when I asked her how to refund the money because it was on food stamps she treated me like I was only after the cash I've never been so disrespected now put the money on the card especially since I was grocery shopping for a neighbor Maria is the worst Dollar General employee I will never shop this location, shame...

Customer service by the leads and managers is so disappointing. There was about 12 customers in line to be checked out by a young gentleman and one of the managers comes out of the office to talk to one of her friends right outside the front door. Didn’t bother to help this employee or ask if he needed help which was more than obvious he needed help. Management needs to get theirs hands on the job too not only send emails. Support your crew!!!! Lead by example!!!!I stopped by to get a pack of disposable foam plates and took me about 15-20 min to wait in line. They need to step up their customer...

a busy store,, only because of location,, that manager is a bully ..she wants total availability from the help and offers only part time hours,,, if you call out or don't fill in when someone calls out you get punished and have your hours cut & taken away,, she accommodates the thieves working there and a certain group of customers,,the way she doctors her papers is not beneficial to the company...
