Taco Bell — Restaurant in Groveland

The wait in the Drive-thru was crazy long. You'd get to the speaker, a person with absolutely no personality would tell you to wait a moment, and vanish.

Fun fact : Did you know that in the many years I've been going to Taco Bell, I've never actually looked over the menu? Never. I've been getting the same thing for years, only recently changing it and now only ordering that.

To give you some perspective, I was able to read every single item on your menu, including the new naked chicken shell which you can get in a meal or a la carte.

The boy at the window looked like he hated life and was perplexed as to why he hated life. The food? Chips were so stale, it hurt my teeth to chew them. One chalupa was so hard, I couldn't chew it and the other one was so soggy, it reminded me of a wet slice of bread. It was honestly pretty disgusting.

Every time I order from this Taco Bell, I’m missing items, food is cold, straws are missing, etc. I even have ordered on DoorDash/ Uber before, and it’s still inconsistent. I unfortunately have made the decision of no longer supporting this Taco Bell due to the severity and consistency of the inconsistencies. I know missing one customer is not a big deal and they will be fine, but I have ordered Taco Bell across the states and I have never had such a bad experience as I keep having with this one specific Taco Bell. It was my main pregnancy craving ( when I was pregnant) and I love getting a Baja Blast as a little treat from time to time ( along with other items). Please re-train your employees. I just would like to say that the crew that works in that restaurant is the most honest crew due to the fact that I as a customer left my wallet sitting there and came back and every single thing that was in the wall that was still in the wallet it was stapled in a bag turned into the office within just a few moments I had left the store that speaks very high volumes of the character of the people in that building I am so appreciative of those people for it could have turned into an exhausting experience to have to reorder and lock every card and identification that I have thank you again to the staff the management and anyone who is raised that way.
