Well if I could write a review and give negative or zero stars I would. This burger king franchise owner has a serious problem. From insufficient personnel to personnel who have reading and listening problems. There is also management issues which are costing them money on many fronts from having to comp meals to refunding wrong money so multiple orders are refunded which shouldn't be. The management also do not know how to maintain ordering so the restaurant is stocked appropriately. This happens on a regular basis, literally to the point people ask at the counter or drive through what are you out of today before they place an order. I have had multiple experiences with this restaurant. Have called the restaurant and corporate multiple times to no change. This tells me one of two things either management at the restaurant is covering up the bad comments and ratings or they and the owner know and don't care. If I found out I was losing thousands of dollars a month due to just poor management and personnel I would be very upset. This burger king has a very poor rating and posting in many locations from Facebook to Google and even yelp. If I was this owner I would serious look into but after today's experience and my past experience I see this owner has no care about losing reputation and all the money. I feel the management doesn't care because when a problem is sent or called to corporate I know they send something to them notifying them of the complaint, however, no one has reached out from the location or the management team over this store to discuss or correct the issues. Read moreYesterday night with family we ordered a whopper , whopper jr and melts classic meal in meal . The lady in the front finished everything with the receipt then when we got the order the whopper and the whopper jr without cheese which supposed to come with and just a lot of lettuce/ tomato that made it drop down every time my parents ate but my meal was decent. Along with that the employees shouldn’t of been joking around they supposed to work diligently and pay attention to things since that’s the job you chose in the fast food industry . I don’t know if I’ll ever be back nor want anything . Just put a good management and not care about the customers sometimes atleast show some professionalism and dedication. if I were to go back I hope some changes will happen and not have a day ruin by someone who forgot to put cheese on a simple order that is made a bunch of times . To conclude some customers are just trying to have a good moment with their parents and get some food that they like not disturbing anyone’s time just creating moments that are worth while instead of employees talking and waiting to go home without care yes the paycheck is important but quality of professionalism in a work environment stands out the most to make customers want to go again and enjoy good meal with their parents . 2/10 ( please...
Read moreI don't want to be a customer here, I want to work here!! This location is one where you don't give a single care about the customer and make your own store hours!! The dining room closes way before it's supposed to, ex. Door says 9, but at 8:22pm tonight, 3 people including me and 2 other people I didn't know were outside the door, one lady knocking a credit card against the glass until the lady inside put a hand written sign on the glass saying closed then threw her hands up as though it was the most inconvenient thing for customers to be there. Before the sign went up a different lady behind the counter pointed to the drive through. Oh, and this whole time a larger girl was sitting in a window behind their advertising in the windows swaying back and forth. I could see her feet and the black leggings, but nothing more. Many other occasions I've been by trying to get breakfast for work at 6:30am (store has posted on it's windows opening at 6am) and the lights have been totally dark with not a soul to be found.
This must be the best one to work at since clearly you're free to do whatever you want with 0 consequences from management or the regional staff!! I took video which I'd love the email address to corporate to send it to for proof of this, but sadly no pictures to go along with...
