I did not write the review below this one, one of their employees did. I would not give this place a half star. If your looking to waste hours of your time, be lied to and spend more money then you need to then this is the place. None of them know their jobs and take forever to do anything. They lie every chance and add extra stuff to your bill! We said no to the tablets that they claim are free we still said no and they still added them. Bam we see the lines for the tablets on our account. We said no to home internet and get a letter two days later welcoming us to T-Mobile home internet and that our equipment will be here in a few days! Ummm we said no! They claim to have lost all our paperwork when we went up there and kept telling us a manager is needed to come back but magically when we came back at the given time no manager. They lied about what our out of pocket would be and the monthly bill. I now have two of my phones on ATT and Two on T-Mobile thanks to their lies and mistakes. And will have buy two new phones for ATT to fix the issue they started. I went in for a question on my husbands T-Mobile account and planned to move him to ATT they lied and convinced us to move my other three phones from ATT to them. I wasted 5 days and over 10 hours with this place and that’s only as of right now. Who knows how much longe it will take to actually fix this issue. I checked my mother n laws account and found out she was also lied about the tablets and has been getting over charged. I’d drive an hour to avoid this store and go to another one. Mirella, Reina and Tristan and are unprofessional liars.

Read moreToday i went into this Groveland store in tears. I went to the store in Clermont on 27 and was treated like i was nobody. I have been with this company for 17 years whilst customer may come and may go over the years, i stayed with T-Mobile thru all the changes.They were good to me over the years and i can't complaint. I live in NYC and have never, ever been disregard as i was today. I went into the Groveland (Publix plaza location) and explained my situations with staff on hand (Sekahni Smith) In no time he apologized to me and helped me without hesitations. He was Polite, Calm, Courteous and at most helpful. Help me to get my phone issue handled with T-Mobile customer service and assurance department. I just want to acknowledge that they are good service at some locations and this is one of the locations. Thank you Sekahni for all your help, for letting me use your phone to call my husband back in NYC to let him know what was happening with my phone (this is SOMETHING that the Clermont store did not acknowledge . I was told to call customer service and speak to them about my issued and that their store phone is not working. And i wanted to apologize to Sekahni for shredding tears as i walked into his store. We are all going thru a real tough time at present and the virus is taking a toll on all of us, this is the time if non other, to help someone or go that extra mile, because we dont know how that person day is going or what they are going thru. Read moreI had a warranty transfer my phone was in specter by Tmobile corporate store. As a favor they shipped it to T Mobile authorized store it arrived and I went to pick up phone they said they could not take it as they have different standards for this situation. The authorized location said they would ship it to the corporate location. I called the authorized location to find out the status and get a tracking number. The guy I spoke to did not know and asked that I call back to speak with the manager. I called the next day 10am Spoke with the manager she said she would find out and call me back 7 hours later I called and manager was gone for the day and that employee texted the manager and took my number and said the manager would call me back the next day. I call back at 3 pm next day cause manager again did not call me back. She said first manager was on lunch and changed her story to manager was with a customer and took my number and said the manager would call me. By this point I highly doubted it so I called Tmobile directly and they told me the had a team investigating what happened. After looking at the situation they told me the dont know why not this location failed to service me from the beginning. Oh and this is like day 4 and the manager still has not got back to me. Good luck with this location.
