I literally just got home from having my daughter's ears pierced here and feel compelled to write a review immediately. We stopped in Sunday morning just to inquire about ear piercing and were greeted by Rebecca who informed us that it was performed by the owner Daniella, but unfortunately she was going on vacation this upcoming week. I just happened to casually mention to my daughter that it looked like she'd have to wait until after her birthday. Rebecca went above and beyond and messaged the owner because she knew she might be coming in later. I left my name and number and she said she would call later to let me know. She called me back and told me that Daniella absolutely would do it for us. I thanked her for doing that for us. My daughter was so excited. Daniella was wonderful through the whole process and my daughter did great. We took photos and she was all smiles. We picked out her first pair of earrings and as I was paying my daughter was trying to get my attention to tell me she wasn't feeling right. Daniella spotted it immediately and notified me so I was able to hold onto my daughter and lower her to the ground as she passed out. My daughter has had vasovagal responses in the past but I did not even consider this would trigger it. Daniella recognized it immediately. She sat on the floor with my daughter and let her lay on the couch with her feet up till she felt better. I cannot say enough good things about both Rebecca and Daniella. Thank you for going above and beyond and making my daughter's 10th year extra special by fitting us in before vacation and thank you for taking such great care of us. Last summer I took several Jose Grant (same size) puzzle rings to this store. A silver 6 band and a gold 6 band with 6 diamonds across the wide band about $3200. She measured my finger and stretched the silver one about one size which spread the bands but it now fit. The gold one could not be stretched so I left it to be enlarged but it would no longer be a puzzle ring. Researched Jose Grant the next day found they did repairs remotely called Daniela, picked up the ring with her sizing slip and mailed it to Grant to upsize still as a puzzle ring for $300. Daniela had put the incorrect size on the slip and it came back a size smaller instead of one size larger. Tried to wear it as a pinky ring but it would have fallen off. I subsequently returned to the store met with Daniela said I wasn't looking for any money but wanted her to apologize for the mistake. She fumbled around with excuses instead of owning her error. I sent it back to Grant but it couldn't be upsized that much and I would have had to buy a new ring. Daniela obviously lacks the character to admit her mistake.
