
Would’ve given zero stars if there was an option to. I placed an order on 7/29 for 2 sets of scrubs. After week 1, called to check on the shipping status and was told they would be shipped 3 days later. After week 2, called again to check on the status of my order and was told again that I should receive my items in 2 days. Within 2 1/2 weeks, still no items and at that point I wanted to cancel but the manager wasn’t in to fulfill my request, but shockingly my order ended up in my mailbox the next day. Didn’t want them so I took the items in to the store for a refund where she had a time trying to get the items to return status, and couldn’t issue me a refund in store because I purchased them online. Fast forward from last Thursday to today (Friday). I called the store because I have yet to see my refund post to my account, and the person I spoke to stated that my refund was issued but couldn’t tell me when after I questioned her. She then told me “the manager” was not in and it typically takes 7-10 business days for a refund to post. I don’t understand how it took 7 split seconds to withdraw it from my account, but will take close to 2 weeks to refund it back, even after I brought the items back in store to return them. Read moreThis was my go-to shop but they dropped the ball during my most important time. A little communication would’ve sufficed however I was just left hanging. I went to Uniform locker to look for scrubs for my graduation, the employee told me she would be able to order them and would call me when the shipment came in. Cool, no problem. When I never received a call on the day the shipment was supposed to make it, I decided to call myself. Instead of being told something happened with the shipment and it would be late, I was still told “it may be coming in today, we just don’t know when.” I ended up going to the store after a few hours had passed to be told the shipment wasn’t coming and it would be in the next day hopefully by 5pm. 2 days after the initial shipment was supposed to be in. It’s understandable that things happen but just COMMUNICATE that to your customers that are literally counting on you. I dropped off 10 uniform shirts on July 8th and paid $100 for monograms. Told them it had to be ready for July 21 aka school starting. It was noted on the order form by the owner herself. I called July 21…. Nothing… haven’t started…
I call today, July 24, their phones are “down”. And my calls will not go through. I message on fb and get no response. I go down there in person, my uniforms are sitting in a bucket in the floor, untouched. Nobody had an explanation for me. Just gave me my money and sent me on my way. (The one correct thing they did)
So here I sit, only a few days before school with nothing to send my children in. 🥰🥰
